Nektaria holds a Master’s in Actuarial Science and Mathematical Finance and has built expertise in analytics, risk management, and operational transformation across banking, asset management, and leasing. She focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, designing models and solutions that support forecasting, decision-making, and regulatory alignment across industries.

With a strong passion for technology, data, and finance, I began my studies in Finance at the University of Groningen in 2023 and graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in 2025. Through various hands-on projects, I developed a keen interest in consulting for its dynamic pace, steep learning curve, and collaborative environment.

Robert is a versatile and applied physics graduate with a strong analytical mindset and likes to bridge technology, business, and data. He has experience in dynamic, high-impact environments ranging from corporate finance to fast-paced start-ups.

I’m interested in further developing my capacity to analyze and manage the challenges that the economic trends and regulations pose to the financial services industry. Working as a consultant at Mount allows me to do so while helping our clients thrive in the fast-evolving financial industry.

I have a broad knowledge and a strong passion for AI, which I’ve built up over the years through both my studies and hands-on experience. This role gives me the chance to apply that while also diving deeper into the world of business consulting, which adds a whole new layer to my skill set.

Originally from Hungary, I began a new academic journey in the Netherlands in 2019, transitioning from professional sports to pursue educational challenges. With degrees in economics and quantitative finance, I’ve built a solid analytical foundation applied across teaching and finance roles.

I am attracted to consultancy due to its fast-paced environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. I have chosen Mount for its unique field of expertise in advising our clients in modern strategic transformations and the additional focus it provides on each individual client.

Data, specifically the information you can extract from good data is at the top if the priority list of every CFO and CRO these days. At Mount Analytics I focus on bringing real life data and business challenges back to comprehensive use cases that we can solve with our analytical propositions.

Turning data into information has been my favorite challenge throughout my career, and with Mount Analytics we aim to do just that. Not with a Philosopher’s Stone, but with advanced technologies, sustainable governance and very bright minds.

At Mount Analytics, like in the last 20 years within other consulting firms, I focus my advisory skills at the CFO and CRO domain of financial services organisations, and, more specifically, at aligning both functions to improve performance.
